I just installed FpTex from the TexLive CD-Rom under Windows
XP Home Edition, everything works fine.

I only have a problem when trying to add a new package : I use
the shortcut "Add a new package" from the Start Menu, but this
leads to a TexSetup Error : "You can't run `maintenance` mode
without installing first !".

Does anyone know how to solve this problem ?
